The Connected Communities Project has now held two Open Days which have been a great success.
The first event which took place at the Pontardawe Spring Festival was blessed with great whether and was bussling with local people and stall holders. The team chatted with members of the local community and different groups and organisations who had great ideas for potential projects.
The second event at the National Waterfront Museum at the Local History Live! event had a total of 18 vendors which offered a fantastic opportunity for everyone to learn of ongoing projects and to exchange ideas. Talks during and after the event provided interesting insight into current history projects and heritage activities happening in the local area.
